The accord has a strong message that the government, labor and management will work harder together to tackle the employment issue. Based upon the agreement, various measures must be taken to remove spreading concerns among the people. Employment security and job creation are the social responsibility of businesses. Keidanren is encouraging the member companies to make further efforts to implement what has been agreed.
The government is required to take prompt actions including budgetary measures to honor the commitment.
