Policy dialogue with foreign political and business leaders

The improvement in the relationship with China and the Republic of Korea is our top priority and we will work harder to attain our goals. I made fruitful discussions with Chinese leaders when my predecessor, Mr. Hiromasa Yonekura and I visited the country last month. The Japan-China Economic Association is planning to organize a delegation to China in September. The trip deserves close attention. Japanese companies will fasten economic ties among the neighboring countries through these various activities and contribute to the development of its political and diplomatic relations.
